Today our resident chef, Fabrice, held a cooking class for a small group of students. He started by serving us desserts and hot chocolate then he proceeded to demonstrate how to cook traditional Provencal dishes. We learned how to make Tapenade, Ratatouille, Daube, and Croquants. We ate everything later that night for Dinner and it was all delicious.
